“Six people live in my household. My wife Grace is responsible for gathering the water. Before the Elephant Pump, she would gather water from an unprotected well using a rope and bucket . It was dangerous during the rainy season and wasn’t reliable.

The installation of the elephant pump has made a huge difference. We are now drinking clean water. The pump is so easy to use, even children and grandparents can use it! The pump means my food is cooked using clean water, reducing the chances of us getting sick. I also now have a bath each morning and feel proud to do my business looking clean and smart. Pump Aid works well with the communities they are doing the best of jobs.”
